Tips for Cleaning and Storing Your Sex Toys

You already know that I have an extensive sex toy collection, but one thing I never see anywhere are tips for taking care of all those naughty playthings you’ve picked up. Here’s a few things to keep in mind when it comes to sex toy care and storage 
#1 - Keep it clean
It’s always fun getting dirty, but when you’re done cumming it’s time to wash up. Wash and disinfect your dildos, cock rings and so on after every use. The Stockroom has some great sex toy cleaning wipes which tuck right inside your “toy chest”. Generally there are directions included when you purchase them, so read up and make sure to follow them! You can even put condoms on dildos and I do recommend it, especially if you’re planning on anal penetration.
#2 - Batteries not included
Don’t store your toys with the batteries inside. Nothing kills the mood faster (and is more dangerous!) than having the batteries corrode and leak acid inside your favorite toy. Take the batteries out before you clean you toys, and store them inside your toy chest. A few spares wouldn’t hurt either!
#3 - Good storage places
The best thing to do is keep your sex toys in a cool, dark place to prevent plastic cracking, fading or otherwise degrading. Choosing your own “toy box” can be really erotic, and having it on a bedside table means you can see it every time you walk in to the bedroom. Just looking at mine gets me horny!
